Educational Qualifications:
the candidate must be an advocate having continuous practice for not less than seven years and must not be already in the service of the Union or of State.
Additionally, the candidate must have been engaged independently for conducting a specific number of cases in the preceding three years, from the year of publication of advertisement for recruitment, before any Court. The number of cases required varies depending on the category of the candidate.
